Annual salary:  $44,570.00-$49,920.00

WHAT YOU’LL DO…
Our Kelowna head office group, which includes customer service, engineering,
finance, HR, marketing and more, needs administrative support to keep us organized
and productive. You won’t be herding cats, but you’ll definitely be in charge of all
kinds of projects and tasks that will make your days fly by and no two will be the
same.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with our Executive Assistant, you’ll assume responsibility for;

  • Being that first friendly voice on the phone, or perfectly written email for
    interacting with customers and suppliers and the general public.
  • Creating and maintaining files (yes, in actual filing cabinets and in cloud-
    based ones too).
  • Keeping our coffee, cleaning, and other office inventory supplies stocked and
    stored, through communication and order placement with our vendors.
  • Vendor management of our recurring external services (cleaning, vending
    machine, recycling).
  • Asking “How can I help?” and genuinely mean it. You take pride in delivering
    outstanding customer service, internally and externally.
  • Helping maintain a happy and safe work environment – bonus if you have a
    green thumb, we have lots of plants that need your help!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Better-than-average Microsoft Office skills.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • This is an onsite position located in Kelowna, BC. (805 Crowley Ave, Kelowna,
    BC V1Y 7G6).
  • This position works Monday to Friday, 8-hour days.
