Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care and Marketing Specialist located in Kelowna, BC at Haven Sleep Co.

Customer Experience & Sales

Engage with customers across various channels – phone, email, text, Facebook Messenger, and more. Assist them in their shopping journey, answer questions about products, policies, and processes, and turn every interaction into a potential sales opportunity.

Order Confirmation & Customization

Ensure customers get the perfect sleep solution by making “order confirmation calls” at the end of the week, verifying details for those ordering custom zoned beds.

Efficient Issue Resolution

Handle returns, repairs, and warranty claims with efficiency and empathy. Support our mission to re-home mattresses through our Second Slumber return/exchange policy.

Communication Management

Keep meticulous records of customer interactions via our “Customercare@” email, ensuring every customer receives satisfactory replies. Manage unresolved concerns with professionalism and care.

Proactive Follow-Ups

Send order tracking emails, liaise with our factory on behalf of customers, and follow up on challenging cases to ensure smooth and transparent communication.

Content Creation & Social Media Engagement

In your downtime, collaborate with our content creation team to develop blog posts and social media content. Engage with Haven affiliates to collect and share their content promptly.
