The Role

This role is full time, Monday – Friday, fully remote. We have a current team of 3 Account Executive’s in PST and we are looking to expand to EST.

The base salary for the position is $80,000, with the potential to earn up to an additional $40,000 through variable commission, making the total potential compensation $120,000.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospects through consultative selling, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Utilize HubSpot for streamlined sales processes, tracking interactions, and optimizing performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through coaching, training, and self-directed learning.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and customer communications in HubSpot.
  • Engage with inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing relationships.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the sales playbook by sharing insights and updating strategies.
  • Identify potential prospects using various tools and strategies.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and willingness to deliver exceptional results.

Your Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant B2B tech sales experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Bonus points for experience in education technology or selling to the US market.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Gong is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with phone-based outreach and virtual sales presentations.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to network, build relationships, and influence decision-makers.
  • Curiosity about software products and a passion for technology.
  • Openness to coaching and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to maintain a positive outlook and enjoy the journey while achieving results.
  • You must be located in Canada and a Canadian resident.
