Wing-working @Chamber ConneX
10 August 2022 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Enjoy a fun night out checking out the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce‘s ConneX.
We know networking can be intimidating sometimes. That’s why we’ve created wing-working! Be surrounded by like-minded young professionals as we visit one of the region’s popular networking events, but with the support of each other!
Come out to network and enjoy some refreshments at the Kelowna Chamber‘s monthly networking event, this month at the Rotary Centre for the Arts.
Bring your business cards or your phones and LinkedIn app and get ready to get connected with the Okanagan’s business community!
How it works:
Register with us through eventbrite and we’ve got you covered!
Meet us outside of the Rotary Centre for the Arts at 5:00 p.m. and we’ll all meet each other first, then go in together. If you need someone to help introduce you to people or to gracefully exit awkward conversations, we’ve got you! We might even play some fun wing-working games to encourage us all to get out of our comfort zones and meet new people. Can’t be there for 5 p.m.? No worries, you can always come in and find us (don’t worry, we’ll send out more on that in the email)..
Prefer flying solo? Feel free to register directly at the Chamber website.
About OYP Collective
The Okanagan Young Professionals (OYP) Collective is a program of the Central Okanagan Economic Development Commission, and a hub of resources to help build community and create opportunities for young people. There’s no membership and we don’t sell anything (other than why it’s so great to live here). All are welcome to join in to connect with other awesome young professionals in our community!
