Crystal Flaman has prepared a pre-holiday, pre-2023 Resolutions presentation especially for Chamber members as we head into the festive season. Join Crystal and lots of Chamber members and get inspired, energized, and look at some remarkable images from Crystal’s treks – literally – around the world as she proves that it’s not what you think you can do, but what you end up doing – with some help along the way from remarkable mentors and volunteers.

Social entrepreneur and athlete, Crystal’s mission in life is to make a difference. She’s raised over $1.4 million for charities through her work and athletic endeavours.

Crystal is a 12 x Ironman finisher, a two-time 273km ultra-marathoner finisher and cycled across Canada on the first tandem bike to cross the country with her twin sister. Crystal will help everyone in the room on December 15^th figure out what’s stopping them from getting – not to the finish line – but to the starting line – of their dreams, in their business, in their life.
