14 February 2023 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Calling All Indigenous Entrepreneurs!

Futurpreneur is launching a new learning series focused on increasing financial resiliency of Indigenous entrepreneurs across Canada.

Join a Futurpreneur Entrepreneur-in-Residence to learn about improving personal credit to meet your business financial goals.

The workshop is hosted at 1pm EST.

Participants will:

  • Learn about personal credit
  • Learn how to manage credit wisely
  • Identify financial gaps to improve credit
  • Learn how personal & business credit works together

This workshop is for you if you:

  • Interested in increasing your knowledge of personal finances
  • Interested in start-up financing but had credit problems in the past
  • You’re a business owner looking to level up your finance skills

About this event:

This workshop will focus on improving and managing personal and business credit. This pilot workshop will serve as guidance for the co-creation of future Ohpikiwin Series content.

As this is a pilot workshop, we will be collecting feedback from participants. If you attend and complete our feedback survey, you will be immediately entered into a draw for a $100 gift card. The draw will take place at the end of the workshop.

You are not required to own a business to join the Ohpikiwin series, you only need to have a desire to learn more about personal and small business finances.

Note: Participation (with camera) is highly encouraged throughout the session (with the exception of breaks), as we will encourage participation, open collaboration and the sharing of ideas. As such, we ask that you have a working webcam or built-in camera, as well as a working microphone. To foster collaboration and focus, we request that all attendees join from a quiet space with minimal background distraction
