What is the 50 – 30 Challenge?

The 50 – 30 Challenge is a government initiative which aims to advance equity, diversity, inclusion and economic prosperity from coast to coast by highlighting the benefits of giving everyone a seat at the table. Please visit 50 – 30 Challenge.ca to learn more.

By joining the Challenge, organizations gain access to valuable tools and resources, events and webinars, and also personalized, one-on-one support from a network of EDI experts to assist them in establishing and enhancing their EDI principles – all at no cost.

This is all made possible due to the support of Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan), one of the five proud ecosystem partners supporting the 50 – 30 Challenge. CICan has built a team of Challenge Hubs across the country who are responsible for supporting participants in meeting the objectives of the 50 – 30 Challenge. Northern Lights College is one of these Hubs and here to support participants in Western Canada and the Northern Territories.
