Has 15-plus years of experience in Employment Services and Human Resources, working with job seekers and entrepreneurs in a wide range of business sectors throughout the Province. She has experience in all facets of hiring and retaining talent, specializing in inclusive hiring practices over the past 5 years.

Celena joined the WorkBC North Okanagan team in 2017 through our community partner organization, Kindale Developmental Association, in the role of Customized Employment Specialist, connecting and helping to maintain relations between job seekers and business owners.
