We’re very pleased to welcome Leigha Horsfield, Executive Director of Community Futures in Vernon, as our guest speaker!

Embrace Equity is the 2023 International Women’s Day (IWD) theme.

Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women’s equality. Collectively we can all #EmbraceEquity.
Celebrate women’s achievement. Raise awareness about discrimination. Take action to drive gender parity. IWD belongs to everyone, everywhere. Inclusion means all IWD action is valid.

Call for donations
As part of this event, KPMG will be collecting food donations for Vernon BC Food Bank.
Please bring with you to the event or drop off prior. Some of the most needed items are :

  • Peanut butter
  • School time snacks
  • Soups and pasta sauce
  • Hygiene products, soap, deodorant, feminine products
