Business Smarts – Slouch Less, Stretch More with Dr. Ben Whiles of Valeo Health

Join the Kelowna Chamber and Dr. Ben Whiles to set yourself and your workstation up for a healthy neck and back!

Dr. Ben and his team will walk you through the key elements to an ergonomic workspace, effects of posture on your neck and back, and give you examples of stretches that can be done at your workstation to relieve discomfort and improve posture. Learn how to incorporate microbreaks throughout your day, and even how to do a quick self-assessment for your neck and back.

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. They will be walking us through a variety of stretches to set you up for success!

Space is limited so be sure to register early for this unique event!
