Valeo Corporate Finance Ltd. announced last week that it has completed the sale of Kamloops-based iCompass Technologies Inc. to a large US-based software company (who will remain anonymous).  iCompass, the leading provider of software solutions to small to medium-sized local governments, is based in Kamloops, B.C.  iCompass serves over 500 customers across North America.

“We are extremely pleased to join a software company recognized as a world leader in its space,” noted iCompass’ CEO. iCompass will join the company’s Canadian division and continue to operate from its headquarters in Kamloops, BC.   “This has been an excellent outcome for both our investors as well as our employees.  We could not be happier.”
