SweetLegs Celebrates 10 Years in Business

SweetLegs Clothing Inc. (SweetLegs), a local body positive and inclusive apparel company founded by a dynamic husband and wife duo, Chris and Addie Pafiolis, proudly celebrates its 10th anniversary. Over the past decade, they have grown SweetLegs into one of Kelowna’s largest fashion e-commerce businesses. You can visit the SweetLegs storefront in Lake Country, BC.

Since its modest beginnings in 2014, SweetLegs has designed comfortable, stylish, and inclusive clothing ranging from size 00 to 28. A decade later, with over a 1000 styles, hundreds of Independent Distributors across Canada, and countless customers worldwide, its mission to spread confidence is still going strong.

“What was once just an idea at our kitchen table is now a product that encourages our customers to celebrate their individuality and feel confident and beautiful,” expresses Addie, Co-Founder of SweetLegs. “That’s what makes this all worthwhile.” Embracing body positivity, SweetLegs hires real women from the Okanagan community over professional models to help build an authentic and diverse image of beauty.

As SweetLegs continues to grow, the brand remains dedicated to creating opportunities for people across Canada. Chris and Addie Pafiolis, Co–Founders of SweetLegs. Building on the success of the Independent Distributor Program, SweetLegs is launching its Ambassador Program on April 15th, 2024. This initiative offers a unique opportunity for influencers and SweetLegs’ host of avid fans to engage with and represent the brand while empowering them to create another avenue for income.

“We’re always evolving. In 2016, when our site crashed during Black Friday because of an overwhelming influx of orders, we migrated to Shopify and broke our sales record the following Black Friday,” reminisces Chris, Co-Founder of SweetLegs. “Launching the Ambassador Program marks yet another evolution of SweetLegs, its response to the changing fashion industry, and our commitment to create opportunities while supporting our community.”

Since its inception, SweetLegs has supported charitable organizations and initiatives such as Mama’s for Mama’s, Cops for Kids, and Duffels for Dignity. In a heartfelt tribute in 2017, following the loss of their newborn son Theo, SweetLegs launched a commemorative print legging, donating $5 from every sale to support families with palliative children, reinforcing their belief in building confidence through community support. “10 years ago, we had no idea the impact we were going to make,” admits Chris Pafiolis, Co-Founder of SweetLegs.

“With every product we design and every customer we touch, we get to spread a positive message whilst also supporting the growth of our talented team, without whom we wouldn’t be here today.” SweetLegs invites the Okanagan community to join the 10th-anniversary celebration at their flagship store in Lake Country on April 12th, 2024.
