Last week’s Founder Town Hall celebrated the graduation of the first Venture Validation cohort. 

The entrepreneurial journey is hard, and we believe founders shouldn’t have to go through it alone. That’s why we host Founder Town Hall, it gives our program participants an in-person opportunity to connect and build their network with other local business leaders. We invite AO’s partners, patrons, and program alumni to join in the celebration, listen to quick pitches from the Venture Validation cohort, and meet the founders.

In May, we welcomed seven companies to the new Venture Validation Program. Over the course of 3-month intensive, these companies focused on validating their business ideas by talking to customers, and iterating to ensure their product/service is solving a real problem with a solution that customers are willing to pay for.

At Founder Town Hall, our Venture Validation graduates had the opportunity to pitch their business ideas to the attendees, and put out an ask to the community for support and resources to help them with their next steps. We are so proud of how far these companies have come in 3-months, and are looking forward to supporting them on the road ahead.
