Kelowna, BC – March 29, 2022. Cheeky Monkey Media, a web development agency helping organizations maximize the value from their websites, announces the launch of nonprofit client Canadian Blood Services’ association website National Advisory Committee on Blood and Blood Products (NAC).

NAC provides a critical service that optimizes patient care throughout Canada, through the implementation of cost effective blood use management initiatives. The goal of the NAC website is to take the time and resource pains out of the Admin’s regular schedule, so they can spend more time doing more critical activities.  This meant improving backend administration to make it easier for the NAC project coordinators to make updates and manage the site’s content. Cheeky Monkey’s development also makes the site more user-intuitive for non-NAC members to find content through clearer navigation.

As part of a multi-year digital transformation initiative, Canadian Blood Services updates and transforms many of its digital assets, including the NAC site. The NAC website was developed on the Drupal 9 platform, and all configurations and settings were completed using the Canadian Blood Services standards and best practices.
