Description

The NoW of Work is a business/culture transformation firm that hyper-focuses on creating naturally innovative and agile teams that can thrive in our exponential times.

 

From an innovation perspective, we are experts in authoring innovation strategies and innovation accounting metrics, teaching frameworks such as Design-thinking and Hackathons, and accelerating your team’s journey to making innovation a part of their everyday work. 

 

Agile to us is both shrinking timeframes (e.g. 5-year strategies are dead, and most teams should be operating on a 2-week sprint) and the adoption of modern operating frameworks. Our team are global leaders in OKRs (objectives & key results), strategy development, and modified scrum (aforementioned 2-week sprints).
