**Hybrid remote/onsite 3 days per week** in Kelowna (British Colombia)

UKG is looking for a software development engineer in test to join its world class engineering team in Kelowna for its latest Cloud platform: UKG Dimensions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experiencing developing quality cloud solutions. You will play a key role in the development of our SaaS offering, in a highly collaborative, agile environment.
This is a technical QA position and it requires development skills to be able to contribute to the automation. The candidate will join a Scrum team with responsibilities including:

• Participate in team scrum meetings (standups, kickoffs, refinement, demos, retros, etc.) and actively contribute to the team achievements
• Support different QA activities as needed
• Contribute to test automation (Frontend and Backend) using our JAVA framework (development, maintenance, monitoring)
• Work with the teams on defects and features
• Troubleshooting issues

Qualification:

• 2+ years of experience in test automation of both frontend and backend applications (Ex: Selenium, TestNG)
• Strong Java programming skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of experience
• Experience in cloud service delivery or SaaS module manipulating web services (RestAPI) an asset
• Experience with CI/CD using GIT and Jenkins pipelines
• Proven experience in defining testing strategies for complex distributed application backend and web frontend
• Strong Autonomy and communication skills

This is an Hybrid position for our office located in Kelowna (British Columbia).
