Sales Representative (Commission-Based)



Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to sell subscriptions to our SaaS platforms, Site Report Builder and Minutes Builder. This is a commission-based role where you will earn ongoing commissions for as long as your customers remain subscribed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling and Cold Emailing: Proactively reach out to potential customers in the civil engineering, architecture, and construction sectors.
  • Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our platforms to prospective clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Understanding: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to position our platforms effectively.


  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in selling software solutions, preferably SaaS.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade potential customers.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using CRM tools and other sales software to manage leads and track progress.
