This is a great opportunity for someone that enjoys online research, organizing data and working with a range of software tools. You don’t have to be a ‘Techie’ or have any formal training in research techniques because we will teach you everything you need to know but you need to be organized, methodical and detail-oriented.
You will also have the opportunity to bring your own ideas and insights to the process as you help us innovate and look for new data sources and ways to research and compile data.
The Company
RefundPros (refundpros.com) is Canada’s largest and most established shipping carrier and Amazon auditing company. We use proprietary software and a skilled team of claim experts to help eCommerce businesses recover 5-20% of their annual shipping expenses and up to 3% of their annual Amazon FBA revenue.
The Role
- Using a range of online and in-house tools and technology to research and gather data to build lists of qualified, highly targeted prospects
- Identify and verify accurate contact information
- Work with our in-house software development team to innovate and enhance the research process
- Monitor and evaluate the use of your researched data to look for better outcomes
- Combine your data with simple and effective email automation tools to reach-out to potential customers
- Learn about and maintain a good working knowledge our of service, industry and customers
About You
- Advanced skills with Excel and Google Sheets
- Innovative and creative problem solver

- Results focused
Nice To Have (optional):
- Experience in a relevant or related field, e.g. market research, digital advertising, IT Support etc.
- Familiar with research, email automation and prospecting tools

- Starting pay: $45k base, with $55k earning potential (up to $10k bonus, prorated quarterly)
