We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal applicant would be a good problem solver, a meticulous tester, and a dedicated team player.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Test and review new features that have been developed.
• Identify and test edge cases.
• Develop automated software testing systems for all areas of the platform.
• Run performance tests across the platform and propose optimizations.
• Implement logging and reporting systems.
• Log issues in our ticketing system.
• Discuss bugs and issues with the development team.

ABOUT YOU

• Attention to detail and process-oriented.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of basic Computer/Server operation.
• Knowledge of source control (Git).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with QA testing and test automation is considered an asset (Selenium, MStest, Regression/Smoke/Adhoc Testing, test documentation).
• Postman or other API testing software.
• Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Bitbucket).
• Experience in, or knowledge of, agile methodologies.
• Any level of Unity development experience.
• Basic Knowledge of Network Operation.
• Experience in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, etc.).
• Knowledge of Database systems – especially PostgreSQL (or MySQL, SQLite, etc.).
• Comfortable with the CLI in Unix environments.
• Experience with C#.
• Post-secondary education in a related technical field is considered an asset.
