Carbon Counts Tech is on the hunt for exceptional humans, including a PROJECT MANAGER for MARKETING/CREATIVE who is partial to trees, animals, games, the earth, and memorable, impactful experiences. Are you one of the humans we’re looking for? If so, you believe in the power of technology to solve problems and to make the world a better place.

Carbon Counts is an early stage, multi-country, for-profit company on a bold mission to re-green the earth. We believe in the power of people, play, community, and innovation and we are creating memorable, delightful experiences that will have a positive impact on the planet.

At heart, you’re a purpose-driven problem-solver; a curious human who is self-assured and positive. Your friends (some of them may be creatives!) might describe you as a strong communicator, detail oriented, and a noble leader, honoring yourself and others. You likely have a passion for creative environments (and the environment!)—and you enjoy collaboration. Experience has taught you to fully appreciate diversity of thinking and you believe that others have different, equally important contributions. You tend to attract and appreciate those with different zones of genius! Also, from time to time, you might think about how amazing trees and nature are. 🌲🌳🌴🎋

You’re obsessed with organizing tasks, people, and projects—inspiring others to do their best work while considering timelines. Transparent and detail oriented, you work hard to ensure that everyone understands the deliverables, milestones and goal posts. Purpose-driven, self-assured, and positive, you’re organized, action-oriented, and resourceful, balancing logic (head) and compassion (heart). You live for the fulfilling process of inspiring, communicating and leading teams, timelines, scope of work, and projects. You don’t have an ego, but you’re confident in your particular gift for being a leader in the Project Management space. You have a natural talent for leading humans to their highest potential and have an ethical do-anything approach to making the overall vision of the project come to life!
