Partner Manager

What we are looking for:

Our Partner Manager will be key to our success at Minga. The Partner Manager will primarily manage a book of businesses consisting of school photographers, SIS and LMS partners and will be our most valuable network. You will approach each conversation with an action-oriented mindset while looking to align your partner’s growth goals with the overarching Minga strategy.

You will be working from the ground up, creating a new partner strategy playbook as well as bringing it to life through smart execution. Even though you will have access to the internal team for support, you may at times need to execute the strategy on your own.

Our customer experience team is here for you and with your help, you will both build a great partner onboarding experience for our customers. As well as support our partners through product feedback, and triage them with product and customer success.

You will also work with marketing to design opportunities to support our partners with any collateral they require. As well as any outreach programs to develop new relationships.

You will need to travel to visit partners or attend conferences on a quarterly basis. And with your great networking skills, you will also have the ability to connect our partners with opportunities beyond Minga.

Who you are:

You’re self driven, organized, excellent with follow up and drive tasks to completion. You ask for help when you need it and take initiative when you have good ideas. You have at least 5 years of experience managing customer or partner relationships. A background in education or edtech would be pretty neat.
