Tommy Gun’s is rapidly expanding and currently operates over 70 locations in Canada, 15 locations in Australia and 1 in the US. With significant growth planned in North America and abroad, we are seeking to add another highly motivated and skilled IT Project Coordinator to join our growing Support Office team in Kelowna, BC.

Working in close collaboration with the Director of Technology and the IT Team, the IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Leading a variety of mid sized projects
  • Liaise with stakeholders to define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Solution design with software partners, including quoting and contract negotiations
  • Oversee project management through milestones, and deliverables
  • Identifying and removing blockers to project’s timelines and overall success
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plan
  • Report projects status at regular frequency
  • Hands on implementation of project plans in conjunction with Software Vendors and the rest of the IT Team.
  • Breaking projects into manageable segments with timeframes
  • Improvement of existing systems

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English language
  • Technical degree, diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years IT Project management experience
  • Strong customer service, analytical and problem solving skills are a must

Additional Desirable Experience:

  • Business Intelligence implementation/management– PowerBI especially desirable
  • CRM system management
  • Systems Integration design and implementation
  • SharePoint site management
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Office 365 PowerApps
  • Retail or Service business Point of Sale
