Description

Customer Experience – Matching paid customers or affiliates in specific areas of Canada. Coordinating the safe pick-up and removal of returns.
Assist customers in the shopping process and answer products, policies and process questions that come to Haven through all contact channels.

  • PHONE, EMAIL, TEXT, FACEBOOK MESSENGER Etc.
  • Converting customer communications in sales opportunities when possible
  • Make “order confirmation calls” and co-ordination of customers to pick up products at various locations.
  • Handle efficient communication with customers processing returns, repairs and warranty claims made on our mattresses and sleep products. Helping the team to re-home these mattresses as per our return/exchange policy
  • Maintain accurate records for “Customercare@” email and ensure all customers have received satisfactory replies. Manage any concerns that can’t be rectified directly
  • Listing open-box product for sale on Facebook Marketplace and other buy/sell channels as needed.
  • Laptop and cell phone required.

Would prefer EST time-zone

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $34,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
