We’re looking for a technical guru who brings an impressive understanding of business processes, including sales strategies, and a growth mindset, committed to team success and continuous improvement. Add to that someone who’s had success in harnessing the power of a CRM to support business processes, and help your non technical teammates in doing the same, and you could be our new CRM Administrator.

Based in Kelowna, you’re officially part of our IT department (accountable to our Director, IS&T), yet you’re integral to our Marketing team, working closely with our Marketing Operations Manager as the subject matter expert, dedicated to setup, administration, development and maintenance of our CRM and gathering requirements, analyzing processes and finding solutions. We’ll also rely on you to train and support users, based on your deep knowledge of updates, best practices and new features that keep our system functioning and aligned to our growing global company’s needs.

You’re a natural communicator and collaborator, who can practically read minds, be that your colleagues’ or our customers’… delivering solutions almost before being asked for help. Your communication skills extend to technical writing, for design specifications and documentation for training purposes. You have a natural curiosity and inclination to use data to make decisions and you’re relentless about improvement. Driving efficiency and enhancing operations that contribute to customer satisfaction, and profit, are what get you excited to come to work.

If you have post secondary education in information systems, technology, or database design and management, are fluent in SQL, and know what ERP and Power Apps mean, and have worked for three to five years in a similar role, this could be your next great career move.
