With the success our client continues to build upon, they are looking to add to their growing team with the addition of another Bookkeeper!
In addition to bookkeeping mentioned – we will want this person to be able to:
- Payroll for 15+ employees
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- GST remittance
- Year end duties
- Reconcile bank statements
- General office duties
- Custom service tasks
- Strict confidentiality and discretion
- Experienced with Accounting Software (Ideally Sage 50)
- Ability to work with CoConstruct or similar cloud-based program
- Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Extended health care
- Dental care
- Vision care
- On site free parking
Full-time position – Mon to Fri – 8:00 am to 4:30 pm – with paid time off between Christmas and Jan 2 at their brand-new location (currently under construction).
