Our team at Platinum have another great opportunity working with a Wealth Management titan. With locations all across the globe and over 60 years of industry experience they have established themselves as one the big players within the Wealth Management sector.

Their Kelowna is branch is currently looking for a detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant.

No detail is too small. You are obsessed with getting things right and you want to get them right the first time.  We are looking to work with an assistant who is proactive and takes ownership of their role. As an Administrative Assistant, you are a reliable and dependable self-starter working independently as well as collaboratively as a valuable member of our client’s team.

Our client’s business is growing rapidly so there will be several opportunities for growth over time.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute account opening paperwork and existing client requests
  • Processing withdrawal and depository instructions
  • Liaise with team members on client inquiries/amendments
  • Maintain the standards and values of our client (integrity, objectivity and expertise).

Education/Licenses/Certifications

Post-secondary education, a high attention to detail and experience in the financial service industry is necessary.  Licensing will be a 12-month requirement; accompanied by wage increase upon completion.

Work Environment

Our clients team works in a professional office environment with standard office hours but offers flexibility based on the requirements of the work that needs to be accomplished.
