Platinum Recruiting is working with a client that owns and operates a large inventory of quality rental apartments, condos, townhouses, and other luxury properties. Located in British Columbia, Ontario, Washington, and California, our client is looking to add an experienced Accounting Clerk to their team based in West Kelowna!

Working closely alongside the controller, this is a fulltime, permanent Monday-Friday position would be a great fit for someone that loves work-life balance.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivables
  • Inputting rental details online
  • Sorting through all in-mail and emails
  • Weekly cheque runs
  • Payroll – US & Canada
  • Reconciliation of all Credit cards
  • Inventory supply and ordering
  • GST calculations
  • Maintaining files
  • Coding invoices and inputting them into client systems

 

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Experience using “Yardi” is an asset
  • Payroll experience
