The Women in Leadership, Alberta Chapter, is excited to host the “Women in Leadership- leading change thru Inspiration, Influence and Innovation” conference. The online session will include 2 individual speakers who will each share their leadership journey focusing on their innovative experiences within their field. They will share how they navigated themselves and others through ambiguity and change. There will also be a panel discussion with leaders from the Energy Industry who will share their wisdom, experiences and strategies utilized thru Covid-19 and workforce shortages with an inspiring focus on innovation.
