Kelsey Wheelhouse~

is an employment, labour and human rights lawyer at Davidson Lawyers.

Kelsey provides guidance on workplace issues such as drafting employment contracts, performance and attendance management, wrongful dismissals, human rights and the duty to accommodate, workplace investigations, and statutory compliance (both provincially and federally).

Kelsey was born and raised in Vernon and is thrilled to be practicing law at the law firm her grandmother worked at sixty-years ago (as a legal assistant for Neil Davidson). Kelsey is as unique as her clients, and she developed her passion for litigation while working as a judicial law clerk for the Provincial Court of Alberta.
